Moonhitler originally came for an abandoned laboratory on tuttle, but fled to the moon after hearing it was made of cheese (It's not). His means of transport (A bottle rocket) ran out of fuel (Water), and so became abandoned there. He is now owner of a mass moon complex, made from a complex mass of moon.
